Takht-e-Jamshid — Persepolis — is one of those places that stays with you. Walking through those ancient columns, you feel thousands of years all at once. This piece is my attempt to hold onto that feeling.

It’s a watercolor painting printed as a fine art print on Arches paper — the same paper I paint on, so the texture and warmth of the original really come through. Arches is an archival-quality cotton paper, which means the colors won’t fade over time the way cheaper prints do.
